Our time in the states is winding down, and although we came for an unfortunate reason, we have enjoyed our time here otherwise. This past, we made our trip to Grand Forks. It really was like going “home” for us.
I will write in more detail later of what we did while we were there but I just wanted to say that I cherish every bit of time I saw anyone, be it for a few hours of fun, laughs and drinks, or just a chance meeting to say hello in the commissary or Target 
Thanks for the drinks, thanks for the laughs, the reminiscing, the food, the hugs and the tears. Seeing you all helped “recharge our batteries”, even those of you who I only saw briefly. It was great to see your smiling faces & your adorable kids…you’ve NO idea how much that meant to us all.
Our only regret, is that we couldn’t stay longer….but as you should know by now…with us, it’s never goodbye…. it’s see you later!
