I recieved my friends holiday newsletter today and I just HAVE to share with you what her husband wrote (Hope he doesn’t mind my bloggin this lol)…this is good. Trust me, it has to do with stampin’…..
Hold on, let me set this up for you. “MS” goes through the letter telling about all the kids (they have 5!) and before writing a blurb about himself, tells about his lovely bride. I think they’ve been married since like the 2nd grade or something, or maybe it’s 15 years, I dunno, but I never knew he was so damned funny. (I knew she was…..)
Anyway, he goes on to tell about her job, etc, then he writes this:
“She’ll once in a great while help out a friend, but uses the free time to work on her card collection thingy. All I know it’s a woman’s thing and crafts. I don’t ask questions, I just nod my head in agreement”
What a good husband, she’s trained him SO well hasn’t she? lol
I gotta tell you, my hubby nodded in agreement when I read it to him. THIS is the kind of stuff you need to see on Men’s t-shirts in Target!!
Anyway, I thought I’d finally share with you what I wrote in my sister’s bday card. It said:
Happy Happy 34, if you throw this away I will make you NO more.
OMG even though MS wrote it. I was crying laughing so hard reading that on your blog. I do have him trained finally. I really need to work on something…
I didn’t throw it away..it is sitting on my shelf next to the kitchen window. So when I slave away…loading the dishwasher…I can see my purty card.
