Well, the “fam” is doing better now and the “noxious vomitosis” is gone, yippee!!
I’ve been meaning to tell you all about my little trip to the girls school for Turkeyday lunch and have just kept putting it off for other things. (like cleaning up Peeyooock)
Anywho… so we go (Kevin, myself and JoJo demonspawn) to Meg and Morgan’s school for lunch last Wednesday for our mono-chromatic colored lunch with the girls. It was actually pretty good. Morgan was super-excited about our going until we actually got there and sat with her to eat. It wasn’t so fun to not be able to screw around with her friends, but rather, have to eat a meal with her parents as she has to do every night at home with us lol
What made it all fun though, was really just looking at the childrens artwork in the hallway while waiting for the kids to get ready for lunch 
A while ago, they had a community day where the kids talked about different careers they might like to pursue and they had a little parade outdoors.
(which Meg said was horribly dumb and boring lol). Well, from this assignment, they also made posters, which were the pieces of “artwork” hanging in the hallways. Precious doesn’t even begin to describe them. We saw:
“Computer guy”…stick figure working on box with wires hanging out of it
“Air Force Man”…you know that made me chuckle as I am MARRIED to Air Force Man lol
And my favorite one had “ARMY” written in huge letters with little Army men jumping out of crudely drawn helicopters hovering above the letters and Army men falling between the letters, being SHOT by little Army men on the ground. I must say that the guns were drawn very well too lol
My daughter? (it was a 3rd grade assignment) Meg wanted to be a school teacher…I guess she’s given up on “doing nothing and staying home and having babies like mom”.
I feel much better now
