I know, I said I’d be away, but as usual, I have more useless-useful information today because today is GARBAGE DAY!
Today, is garbage day, and it’s “garbage” garbage day. The day I sit the grey can by the curb.
Why would this be of importance to ANYONE? Well, it’s because I am the #1 self described non-recycler. Friends used to ask me “Where is your recycle bin” and I’d point at the trashcan. I recently told a friend that she is just “playing with tin cans” compared to what we do over here, and I thought I’d share this link:

And, in case you are wondering…. we ARE following these guidelines, with minor revisions according to our town’s recycling program TO THE TEE. For example, all of our glass goes into one bag, we don’t seperate it by color…. and I might as well add, that between the kids and “5th child” I’m getting pretty freakin sick and tired of hearing “which one does this go in?”
