Just so you don’t think I’m just a gym skipping cheesecake eating sloth, I DID exercise today. I did:
LS You can Do ABS using the Stability Ball
I read the reviews for both and although the ABS one didn’t rate very well, it IS good for someone like me who has a fear of falling off the ball in front of the people at the gym. It was enough to make me feel like I did something, yet get aquainted with the ball at the same time
And yes, the light kickboxing one made me sweat and again, was good to practice the moves without feeling like I look like a spaz in front of my friends
