That’s right, next month we are getting away for an entire week! Woohoo!!!
We’ve rented a place on Lake Movil, 7 miles north of Bemidji and I can’t wait to go. Our friends went last year (the two of them with their 6 kids) and they highly recommened this place. It is actually very reasonably priced (or we wouldn’t be going lol) for what you get. Here is some more info on it, taken right from the email “Joe” (the owner) sent us. Granted, the place is small ( about 950 sq feet), but hey, we are only talking about a week…
--Located 50 feet from water’s edge, with beautiful lake views from both the front & side (lots of windows)
–Attached screened porch and large wrap around deck for grilling, tanning or just taking in nature
–Great sand beach and swimming area, private dock and a boat launch all within 75 feet
--Sleeps eight and includes most furniture and accessories such as: microwave, TV and VCR/DVD, two fridges, window AC, all eating and cooking essentials, grill, etc. (Not included: Phone, Cable, washer/dryer, sheets, towels and fish.) Pets allowed with prior approval.
Sounds neat huh? Imagine all of the dirty laundry I will have to do when I get home lol. On the other hand, that’s laundry we don’t have to do FOR A WHOLE WEEK!!!!!!! Yipeeeee!!!

I’m excited for you! Make sure you take an extra fan just in case! Small quarters and that many people, I dunno how one ac unit will do unless it’s a big one. And don’t forget bug spray!
