I found a “recipe” for some “oh my god give me more more more!” brownies. Let me tell you, they are the easiest things in the world!
Take your standard brownie mix. Any ole mix will do…. bake as usual. Right when they come out of the oven, and I mean right when they come out, dump a whole boatload of chopped up Andes mints, like a half a bag of them. (got mine at Target) You will see them immediately start to melt. Let them sit like 10 minutes, then cut them and devour!!!
You will want to keep these all to yourself and not share with the kids. I swear, it’s a naughty little culinary delight!! Ohhh sooo gooood!!
They rank right up there with “that cake” that I’m not allowed to take anywhere anymore LOL.
